Our journey began in Highlands Ranch, Colorado, 5,817 feet above sea level, where the crisp mountain air inspired us to take a leap into the unknown. What started as a dream between two lifelong learners—one from the educational world, the other from the automotive industry—quickly became a passion project that turned into something bigger: a cosmic journey in every roast.

In June 2021, we launched Cosmic Dog Coffee Roasters, a name inspired by curiosity, exploration, and a love for life’s simple pleasures. We believe coffee is more than a drink—it’s a ritual, a connection, a spark for creativity.

Every bean we roast is hand-selected from farms across the globe, then air-roasted in small batches for precision and peak flavor. The result? Coffee that’s as fresh as the Colorado air and as unique as the stars that inspired us.
